Privacy Policy
JMSONLINE.NET, LLC ("JMS Online", "we") runs jmsonline.net and gsa.jmsonline.net. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective October 31, 2026.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company or agency, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, purchase order numbers, and messages you send us.
- Orders: what you buy, prices, shipping method, and order history.
- Payment cards: card payments are processed by Authorize.net. We don't store full card numbers on our servers. If you save a card to your account, Authorize.net keeps it and we see only the card type and last four digits.
- Your device: pages you visit, your browser type and IP address, collected with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, quotes and returns, and to answer your questions.
- To keep your account, saved addresses and order history.
- To prevent fraud and spam. Our sign-in, contact and checkout forms use Google reCAPTCHA.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, with Google Analytics, and to measure our Google Ads.
- To send emails about your orders. We send marketing email only if you sign up for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the store, and only what they need: payment processing (Authorize.net), shipping carriers and the warehouses that ship your order, email delivery, website analytics and advertising measurement (Google), and our order assistant SK1, whose answers are provided by Anthropic. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect against fraud.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and sign-in working, remember your preferences, and help us measure site use and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need them to work.
Order assistant (SK1)
When you chat with SK1, your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the answers. We keep chat logs for 90 days to improve the service and then delete them. Please don't type card numbers into the chat; SK1 blanks them out if you do.
Your choices
- You can see and update your account details and addresses under My Account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and not to be treated differently for asking. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in California law.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer information is limited to staff who need it.
Children
Our store is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
