The Tiedown Engineering HD Plate Hoop Roller is a commercial grade piling hoop and roller assembly intended for areas with a lot of wind, current or tidal action. It combines the piling hoop (26412) and roller assembly (26414) to make up for the up and down movement. It is for pilings up to 12 in in diameter.
