Hard shell polyethylene skin. Contains unicellular polyurethane foam. Features floating polypropylene grab lines with UV Stabilizers, secured inside the foam core. Molded-in becket design means there are no straps to wear, mildew or deteriorate. All rings meet USCG Commercial approval. Min. buoyancy 16-1/2 lbs.Color: Orange
