No burn-out when dry. Moisture tight PTFE seals. Silent running, vibrationless. Anti-airlock feature. Housing of heat resistant acetal resin. Heavy 5/16" stainless steel shaft. Nylon/fiberglass impeller for strength. 2435A uses the 35A Rule-A-Matic float switch. 2540A uses the 40A Rule-A-Matic Plus float switch.
