For use with generators with an ëopen neutral or floating neutralí. Some generators have a ëfloating neutralí. This might cause the Power Watchdog EPO surge protectors or any other EMS surge protector to give you an ëopen groundí or ëopen neutralí error code and prevent power from going into your RV. To correct this issue, simply plug this item into an unused 15A AC receptacle on the generator. This should create a neutral to ground bond and the condition should be resolved.
