Cc-Epoxy Dispensing Pumps 2/Bg CLC-60003000

Clear amber, low viscosity liquid epoxy resin that may be cured at a wide variety of temperatures. Specifically made to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals. It is also used to fill gaps or cracks when modified with fillers. May be sanded after curing. The product has a relatively high flash point without a strong solvent odor making it safer to work with than polyester resins. Each container of resin has a corresponding size container of hardener. Do not alter the mixing ratio to affect curing time. Use specific hardeners for varying cure times or to maximize product performance in different temperature conditions.

EPOXY HARDENERS
#25 Hardener 5:1: Medium viscosity for most application situations at lower temperatures. Minimum effective temperature is 50ÁF. Mix life is 10 to 12 minutes, cures to a solid state in 6 to 9 hours. Cures to maximum strength in 1 to 4 days.
#26 Hardener 5:1: Allows maximum working and cure time. Pot life is 20 to 25 minutes at 72ÁF, cures to a solid state in 9 to 12 hours and reaches maximum cure in 1 to 4 days. Minimum recommended temperature is 60ÁF. Note: 1 pump stroke of dispensing pump delivers 1 part material. Example: 5:1 Mix : 5 pumps resin, 1 pump hardener.
